Return Policy
- We offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee on all products. Return the product for a full refund or exchange provided the product is in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
- Free return shipping. For all customers in Australia.
- Defective or Damaged Items. In cases where an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we provide free return shipping and will provide your choice of either a full refund or item replacement.
Terms and Conditions
- All returned items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were when you received them.
- We do not accept returned items that have been used or installed.
- Customers are responsible for securely packing and protecting items to prevent any damage during return shipping.
Return Process
To return or exchange your item please follow the instructions below:
- Please contact us at hello@fritztango.com with your name, order number and a brief explanation of why you'd like to return the product. If an item was delivered defective or damaged please also send some photos of the defective or damaged area.
- After we have confirmed your request to return the item, please re-pack it in it's original packaging. Please ensure that the item is secure and the box is well sealed.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label which you can tape to the outside of the box.
- Take the box to an Australia Post post office to complete the return.
- Once we receive the returned item we will assess the item and process your refund or exchange. If you have paid by credit card or paypal the money will be refunded within 5 days of us receiving your return.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please email us at hello@fritztango.com with a brief description of the issue, along with photos of the affected area. We’ll send you a return shipping label for the damaged item, which we’ll inspect upon receipt. From there, we’ll be happy to arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Fritz Tango Warranty Policy
We are committed to the quality and durability of our products. Each Fritz Tango product comes with a warranty that reflects our dedication to exceptional materials and craftsmanship.
Warranty Coverage
- Fritz Tango Hose Reels: 2-year limited warranty covering any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Flexy Hoses: 5-year limited warranty for all Flexy hoses, covering any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Softy Expanding Hoses: 1-year limited warranty for all Fritz Tango soft expanding hoses, covering any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
*Important Note on Soft Expanding Hoses
Surface and Object Use Limitation: The warranty for soft expanding hoses does not cover damage caused by use on rough or abrasive surfaces, nor does it cover any damage resulting from contact with sharp objects. To maintain the integrity of the outer fabric, please ensure that the hose is used on smooth surfaces and kept away from any sharp items that could puncture or tear it.
What’s Covered
- Defects in Materials and Workmanship: For each product type, we will repair or replace any product with a manufacturing defect or flaw in materials, as covered by its respective warranty period under regular, intended use.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal aging, minor aesthetic imperfections, or wear due to regular use.
- Damage from Improper Use or Installation: Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or neglect is not covered by the warranty.
- Environmental Damage: Damage caused by extreme weather, exposure to chemicals, or improper storage conditions is also excluded from coverage.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, please reach out to us at hello@fritztango.com with the following:
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos showing the defect or problem area
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation)
Once we receive your claim, we’ll assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed. If the product qualifies, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
